(Ankabooth ) 29 : 10

And among the people are some who say: "We believed with Allah", but when one of them is harmed in the cause of Allah, he considers the trial of the people as the punishment of the Lord; but if victory comes from your Lord, they say: "Indeed, We were with you", is not Allah most knowing of what is within the chests of the worlds?

The character of the Arabic Quran reading Fujjar who hide and reject Adhikr is described in this verse. They are not considering Lord as the Impartial and Three-Time-Knower. These disbelievers are cheating the Lord and believers as explained in verses 2: 8-9. They are denoted as the worst creatures as per verse 8: 22. They are the fuel of Hell as explained in verses 3: 10 and 9: 67-68. See explanation 3: 196; 4: 72-73 and 78-79.
